Amora Account Deletion

Delete from within the app (recommended)

1. Open Amora and sign in.
2. Tap Settings at the bottom of the main screen.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and all your data are deleted immediately and permanently. This cannot be undone.

If you are stuck at the email-verification or profile step, use the Delete account link at the bottom of that screen.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, send an email titled "Account Deletion Request" from your registered address to developer@bluefluxly.com. Your request is completed within 30 days at most, and you will be notified.

What gets deleted?

• Account and profile data (email, name, birth year, gender, city, occupation, interests, relationship goal, bio);
• All chat history and the characters' "memories" about you;
• Relationship progress, date and call records;
• Push notification identifiers;
• Usage statistics linked to your account (PostHog).

Purchase records held by Apple/Google and our payment partner RevenueCat are deleted from RevenueCat; Apple/Google may keep their own records. Deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your store account settings.

On deletion, all data is removed from the primary systems; copies in system backups disappear within 30 days at most.
